What Time Does The Event Open?

For the Love of fantasy opens at the following times:

​

Saturday Early Entry: 9.00am

Saturday Standard Entry: 11.00am

Saturday Closing: 6.00pm

Sunday Early Entry: 9.00am

Sunday Standard Entry: 11.00am

Sunday Closing: 6.00pm

 

Please note – the 11am tickets will go onsale once the 9am’s have sold out.

 

Is There Car Parking At The Venue?

ExCeL London has 5,500 car parking spaces priced at £25 a day.

Is There A Cash Machine At The Venue?

There are two Note ATMs near the west entrance of the venue by Costa and Orzo Deli, and another Note ATM in the centre of the boulevard between entrances S6 and N6. There are a Barclays and a Note ATM located on level 0 between N4 and S4. Should the in-venue ATMs run out of cash, there is also an ATM nearby at the Tesco Express.

Is There WiFi?

At ExCeL there is free, fast WiFi which is suitable for browsing, social media, and email. When you arrive at the venue, you just need to sign in to '_ExCeL FREE Wi-Fi' using their standard log in, or via LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter.

 

Does The Venue Have Disabled Access?

There are various accommodation options throughout the area.

 

What Should I Do If I Require First Aid?

If you have or witness a medical emergency during the event, please find, a member of the ExCeL London staff or a For the Love of Fantasy volunteer who will assist you in finding medical care.

 

Are There Baby Changing Facilities?

ExCeL London has baby changing facilities throughout the toilets in the centre. As a venue, they welcome babies to be breastfed in any public area of these premises and any mother who is breastfeeding will not be asked to move or stop breastfeeding. They understand that some women prefer privacy when breastfeeding and a room will be allocated on request to allow a mother visiting For the Love of Fantasy to breastfeed in private.

 

Can I Smoke In The Venue?

ExCeL London has a strict no smoking policy, anyone found smoking anywhere within the venue will be requested to leave without a refund. The use of electronic cigarettes is also strictly prohibited in the venue and anyone caught using one will again be asked to leave the premises.
