 All our tickets fall into three price brackets:

 

INFANT (0-4)

CONCESSION (5-9)

STANDARD (10+)

Diamond Pass Information

We also offer a limited number of Diamond passes on each show

These tickets entitle the holder to a queue jump both at the main entry doors, at each photo area and all our guest autograph tables. Only the pass holder will be allowed into the diamond queues – someone with a standard ticket is unable to accompany them, regardless of whether they are getting an auto or photo themselves.

 

*PLEASE NOTE: Diamond Pass tickets do not include any photographs or autographs. These are NOT included in the price of the pass and must be purchased separately.

Auto & Photo Op Ticket Information

If you wish to get an item signed or a professional photograph with one of our celebrity guests then please purchase the relevant ticket in advance. If a guest hasn’t sold out in advance you might be able to purchase on the day – just enquire at their table, or during their photoshoot.

 

All professional photos are printed on the day and handed to you once you leave the photoshoot areas. Digital copies are available to purchase post event by going to the YOUR PHOTOS tab on our menu bar under the MERCHANDISE tab.

 

Each pro photo ticket allows two people into the picture. Infants do not count towards the two people (So you can have two adults and an Infant in a picture for the cost of one photo ticket)

 

Please allocate the full day to get the autos and photos you have ordered (9am-6pm). Sometimes guests schedules and time slots can alter and change for multiple reasons but we always get all pre-paid in advance tickets through at some point in the day. We cannot be held responsible or issue refunds if you leave the event early and do not leave enough time to fulfil the tickets.

 

*PLEASE NOTE: Entrance tickets are not included as part of the autograph and photograph price, you MUST have an entry ticket as well as a photo/auto ticket.
